FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
Question:
I have inserted the Anim-FX animation into my website,
and when I preview it I can see the preloader but after
that I'm left with a black box, where supposedly the animation
should be?
Answer: This
problem happens because the SWF file can not find the
TXT file, and therefore it does not displays the content
of the animation (note that the text file contains all
the data of the animation). You can resolve this by putting
the SWF file and TXT file in the same directory as where
the HTML file resides.
This
problem normally happens when you put the SWF and TXT
file in a sub directory, such as assets, graphics, animations,
etc., or when you forgot to upload the TXT file altogether.
So
assuming that you put the SWF file in your index page,
you must also upload the SWF file and TXT file to the
root of your website directory.
Another
reason might be, although odd, that the textfile was corrupted,
this happens sometimes when you upload the text file as
binary instead of ASCII.

Answer: Depending on your Windows Vista settings the saved text files are hidden, to solve this simply move the entire C:Program Files/Anim-FX directory to your c:/mydocuments, or any other location as long it's not in C:Program Files directory.
Vista also provides a "Files Compatibility" option in the file manager when you click on it you will also see the saved text files.
